When you make travel bookings, your details may be shared with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, cruise companies, and other relevant service providers as required. We may also disclose information in case of suspected illegal activities or to protect our rights and safety.
Cancellations are governed by the specific airline's cancellation policy.
You may cancel your ticket directly with the airline or send us a written email request from the same email used during booking. Refund timelines depend on the airline and may take 30–45 days. Refunds will be made in Indian Rupees and credited back to your card/account.
If your visa is rejected, applicable airline cancellation charges apply.
These charges may be revised from time to time.
Your e-ticket confirmation and e-ticket number must be presented at the airport along with valid photo identification (passport, driving license, etc.) to obtain your boarding pass.
Confirmed bookings are non-amendable. Any change will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, with applicable charges.
No refunds will be provided for partially utilized or unutilized services.
Online bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Insta Bhraman and its suppliers. Payments made through credit/debit cards are processed directly by banking partners.
In case your card payment is declined, alternative payment instructions must be provided at least ___ hours before departure, failing which Insta Bhraman may cancel your booking.

Currently, online bookings are accepted only for international tours. Rates are in foreign currency and converted as per the rate on the date of booking.
Hotel bookings made through Insta Bhraman may appear in the hotel system only closer to the check-in date. All issues related to hotel quality, amenities, or complaints must be addressed directly with the hotel. Cancellation policies vary by hotel and refunds will be processed only after the hotel credits the amount to us.
Obtaining valid passports, visas, and related travel documents is the sole responsibility of the traveler. Insta Bhraman assists only as a facilitator and is not liable for delays, rejection, or issues arising from visa or immigration authorities.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, baggage loss, accidents, and other risks.
All itineraries, schedules, hotels, and transportation are subject to change due to operational reasons. Price variations due to exchange rates, fare changes, or other factors must be borne by the traveler.
Insta Bhraman acts only as an intermediary between the traveler and airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc., and is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party suppliers or force majeure events.
Our liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the traveler for the specific service.
All disputes shall be subject to Indore jurisdiction only.
Any communication sent to the address or email provided by the client will be considered duly delivered. Insta Bhraman will not be responsible for errors or omissions by any travel agent acting on behalf of the client.
Insta Bhraman shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, or system failures.
No claim or complaint will be entertained if submitted beyond:
